We know from experience that changing web hosting providers can lead to lost information and unnecessary downtime. For this reason, we will do all that for you at no cost!We’ve got highly professional administrators whose only job is to make certain that your website functions exactly as it did on your former web hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based upon well–known web apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We try to carry out all web site migrations as quickly as possible. Yet, we do not have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are various factors that you have to consider – the actual size of your website and the workload of our web site migration staff, etc. We constantly strive to implement each migration in under 48 hours. With smaller–sized web sites, our team usually manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: We will need the login details for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the website’s name (domain name).

A: While we move your content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We will never get in touch with them in any way.

A: Yes. We support all regular Linux–based hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven web hosting platforms, because we don’t provide Windows hosting services ourselves.Furthermore, we do not support proprietary web site building and management user interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
